Evnt Live, in collaboration with Liift, proudly present The Wombats live at Times Square, Newcastle, on Friday 24th July 2026.
One of the UK’s most beloved indie bands, The Wombats bring their unmistakable sound and infectious live energy to Newcastle for a massive outdoor summer show. Known for anthems that have soundtracked a generation, the Liverpool trio will deliver a set packed with fan favourites, sing-along choruses, and high-energy moments from start to finish.
Joining them as special guests are Red Rum Club, whose brass-infused indie pop and festival-ready hooks have earned them a reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting live acts. Also appearing on the bill is Cherryholt, adding to an unmissable lineup in the heart of the city.
Doors open at 5:00pm, with live music running through to 11:00pm.
